AICI Sales Agent ("we," "our," or "us") operates an AI-powered sales assistant called FRED that helps businesses communicate with their customers via chat, SMS, and voice. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you interact with FRED or use our platform.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you interact with FRED through a business's chat widget or SMS:

• Name (if voluntarily provided)
• Phone number (if voluntarily provided)
• Email address (if voluntarily provided)
• Conversation content and messages
• IP address and basic device information

3. SMS Messaging

We collect consent for two categories of SMS messages separately. Each has its own checkbox on our opt-in form, both unchecked by default, and you may agree to one without the other.

1. Informational / transactional messages (required to receive a reply):

• Demo scheduling and confirmations
• Appointment reminders and booking links
• Secure payment links
• Account updates and customer care responses

2. Marketing / promotional messages (optional):

• Special offers and promotions
• Product news and feature announcements
• Tips and best practices

Marketing consent is optional and is never a condition of purchase or of receiving informational messages. Declining marketing messages does not affect your service.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions. You may receive up to 5 messages per conversation thread.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP for assistance.

No sharing of mobile numbers: We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your mobile phone number to any third party for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the messages you requested.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your questions and requests
• To send booking links, payment links, and follow-up messages you opted into
• To help the business you contacted manage their customer relationships
• To improve the accuracy and performance of FRED AI

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• The business whose FRED-powered widget you interacted with
• Twilio (our SMS delivery provider) solely to send messages you requested
• OpenAI (for AI response generation) — only conversation text, no identifying information

6. Data Retention

Conversation data is retained for up to 12 months to allow businesses to follow up with their customers. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database storage, and access controls to protect your information.
