By interacting with FRED, the AI sales assistant powered by AICI Sales Agent, or by using any messaging services we provide, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
AICI Sales Agent provides an AI-powered sales assistant called FRED that businesses embed on their websites (and connect to a phone number) to handle customer inquiries, send booking links, payment links, appointment reminders, and follow-up messages via chat, SMS, and automated voice phone calls.
By providing your phone number and engaging with a FRED-powered chat widget, you consent to receive SMS messages from the business you contacted. These messages may include:
Opt-out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply for any messages sent to or received from us.
Supported carriers: All major US carriers are supported including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support for short codes is not guaranteed.
FRED is an automated AI assistant, not a human. When you chat, text, or speak with FRED, you are interacting with artificial intelligence acting on behalf of the business you contacted.
Phone calls may be recorded. Inbound and outbound phone calls handled by FRED may be recorded, transcribed, and stored to process your request, keep a record for the business, and improve service quality. By continuing a call with FRED, you consent to being handled by an AI assistant and to the recording of that call. If you do not consent, please say so or end the call and contact the business directly.
Not professional advice. FRED's responses are automated and may contain errors. They are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and should be verified before you rely on them.
FRED, AICI Sales Agent, and all associated software, designs, and content are owned by AICI Solutions. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of our platform without written permission.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that FRED will always be available, error-free, or produce perfectly accurate responses. AI-generated content should be verified before relying on it for important decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AICI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on messages sent by FRED.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
