By interacting with FRED, the AI sales assistant powered by AICI Sales Agent, or by using any messaging services we provide, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AICI Sales Agent provides an AI-powered sales assistant called FRED that businesses embed on their websites to handle customer inquiries, send booking links, payment links, appointment reminders, and follow-up messages via chat and SMS.

3. SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your phone number and engaging with a FRED-powered chat widget, you consent to receive SMS messages from the business you contacted. These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and booking links
• Secure payment links
• Follow-up reminders
• Responses to your customer care inquiries

Opt-out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply for any messages sent to or received from us.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our SMS services.
• You agree to provide accurate information when interacting with FRED.
• You will not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for any charges your mobile carrier applies to messages.

5. Intellectual Property

FRED, AICI Sales Agent, and all associated software, designs, and content are owned by AICI Solutions. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of our platform without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that FRED will always be available, error-free, or produce perfectly accurate responses. AI-generated content should be verified before relying on it for important decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AICI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on messages sent by FRED.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
